  1. Put all ingredients in crock pot except frozen peas.
  2. Cook on high (325 degrees) one hour, and then stir. Cook on low (225 degrees) for 7 hours. You may want to stir halfway through the cooking time.
  3. Add frozen peas & allow just enough time to heat through (5 or 10 minutes). Serve with gluten-free crackers or rolls.
    • SOUP BONE: A roasted soup bone, shank or beef neck bones adds a beefy flavour and makes the gravy a nice brown. Put the soup bone(s) in a small open baking dish &stick it in the oven at 350°F for an a hour or two. If you prefer you dont have to roast the bone ahead of time. Just add it along with the ingredients in your crockpot. Make sure to "bury" it in liquid so it forms the brown gravy, If you dont use a soup bone, add a package of brown gravy mix.
  4. Ready to serve and ENJOY!

Heat the vegetable oil or olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the seasoned and coated beef in the hot oil, turning to sear the beef on all sides.
