  5. Mix equal parts butter and flour into thick paste.
  6. Set crock pot on low.
  7. Add flour butter roux to crock pot and begin stirring. Add more roux upon thickness desired in 2 tablespoon increments.
  8. Use crackers or biscuits for dipping.
  9. Enjoy.
